The solution
A 501 c3 job training program incorporated in Vermont and strategically located in the Burlington/St. Albans area and eventually a second location accessible to Newport and St. Johnsbury. We plan to expand to central and southern Vermont as income and funding permit.
We plan to start with 15 - 25 participants and growing over time to a maximum of 50 participants yearly. Ongoing funding will be primarily from product produced and services performed as trainees learn new skills. We will continually seek to increase our grant and donor base. We will also collaborate and/or contract with businesses to train participants in skills specific to their industry.
